Welyn garden city shop staff arrogant rude
Hello I just wanted to let you know that I was waiting for one pizza about 2 hours. I ordered online from barking pizza gogo and I was called for delivery anyway I still waiting. So maybe I don’t want to eat that pizza after 2hours waiting. So horrible maybe you can send money back because is not first time.
Did you know that a Pizza Go Go franchise company in Milton Keynes has created a separate company called Oriental GoGo which it is promoting using the Pizza Go Go branding without permission? It also has its own Chinese menu, leaflets, fliers etc? I have them and can email them to you as I am unable to upload them
Did you also know that Oriental GoGo is a Just Eat client which also breaks Just Eat rules by dealing with customers direct? Using aforementioned fliers etc.
And finally did you know that this company is terrible with customer service which makes me very disappointed in the Pizza Go Go business?
I think you ought to look into their practices and you’ll find there are quite a few dodgy and illegal things going on there.

On Friday 10th January 2020 around 4pm my son and his friend entered the Pizza GoGo premises at Gants Hill, Essex. The boys were in their school uniform and aged 12. A few minutes after they entered a group of 5 to 6 older boys entered the shop. They began to harass my son and his friend and demanded free pizza. They then made my son’s friend kneel before them to apologize for the fact that he did not but them free pizza.
At no point did the staff interfere or assist my son and his friend. They did not ask the group of disruptive boys to leave the shop.
My son’s friend was very shaken by the experience. When his mother rang Pizza GoGo to ask why they did not assist the Manager denied that the incident had taken place and was aggressive and rude to her over the phone. He insisted that there was ‘no trouble’ at this store.
The Manager’s attitude is outrageous. Instead of showing any sympathy to the mother of a 12 year boy whose son had just gone through a harrowing experience in his premises, the manager just didn’t care.
Well thats fine, the School has always asked that we inform them of any such incidents at the shops at Gants Hill area. We will be informing them and we will also inform them that Pizza GoGo is not safe for the children as it allows bullies a free hand in a confined space where they can block the only exit.
i ordered 6 pizza as i have done in the past. my pizzas were squashed, i complained to the delivery guy who was polite and apologetic, he in turn phoned his manager to see if could get the pizza changed. the manager was so irate, he started to shout and swear at the delivery guy, when i spoke to him he started to swear and shout at me. this is not the behaviour if a manager/owner towards a customer. he was very lucky that i paid for my order. i am still still shaken after speaking to him. i will not ever order again from the Clapham branch of Pizza Gogo. i mistakenly ordered thinking it was from the Fulham branch. i used to order from Clapham when the Fulham branch was closed and never had this kind of treatment.
So the shop In east Barnet made an error on our pizza he told me to keep it so he can take it back and replace it. An hour later we still had no pizza so I called again and complained and he then told me to not let me kids eat the pizza if I want it changed he then put the phone down on me and has taken the money for both pizza I am furious as I read reviews. Now seems like there are some ongoing issue with putting the phone down on customers I look forward to hearing from you.
