This is the WORST company I have ever dealt with!! Firstly the wrong tiles were delivered, I’ve had to send tiles back at my expense in order to *hopefully* get a refund. Kept getting told different things when I eventually got through to customer services. “Courier was being arranged” to “no one’s arranged that for you” Customer services never reply to emails. Another order and a box of 20 mesh sheets didn’t arrive, called them and was told they would send that out again. ONE SINGLE SHEET turned up today. I really think they’re messing with me at this point… I could cry

I looked ok their web site and choose my tiles ,Astral Star Pattern 45cmx45cm.
When ordering it said they come in a pack of 7 ,great i needed 6 .
So I ordered 1 box and paid £42.
When they arrived there was just 1 tile!
So I have emailed them and tried calling them without much response .
I did get and email from Areeba saying that’s how we sell them !
So I replied saying but you sell them by the box on you web site ,? And £42 for 1 tile is ridiculous.
He emailed me back to say conract sales so I’ve called them but no one answers.
